Notebook - Poop Journal
Observing and tracking patterns in your bowel movements can be a useful way to identify chronic conditions, such as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Crohn's disease, Colitis, Celiac disease, Chronic Diarrhea, and/or Constipation.
It is also beneficial to keep a poop log if you currently suffer from chronic bowel conditions so that you can monitor your symptoms and the progression of these invasive diseases over time and share this information with your doctor.
This Poop Journal utilizes the Bristol Stool Scale which is a way to describe the shapes and types of poop, or what doctors refer to as stools. It is also known as the Meyers Scale.
