In this journaling and doodling class, we will engage in a weekly practice of quantum jumping meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling. Quantum jumping is a living (nondenominational) tool that takes you outside the noise of everyday life into visualizing the solutions to current problems and blocks. Stream-of-consciousness writing allows for brain-dumping our concerns to get to the goldmines of wisdom from your subconscious mind. Be prepared to feel your inner and outer world shift to align toward your potential and hope.
