Open your Windows to the World and learn how easy it is to use rubber stamps to create gorgeous watercolor scenes using Tombow Dual Brush Markers! Then, frame these fabulous scenes in adorable window shadowboxes! We will create three amazing cards in this class using the Art Impressions Window Shadowbox die set and stamps. Card-making paper supplies and watercolor papers will be provided. Please bring the following supplies to class:
