Intro to Origami: Basic Fold 1 / Mother Hen and Baby Chicks
Figure folding is one of the most popular and recognizable forms of Origami.  In this class we will be learning the basics, starting with Basic Fold 1.  From this simple fold, we will be creating a Mother Hen and her Chicks!  Making a group of figures interacting with each other is more powerful than single figures, and a great place to start learning basic skills and techniques.  This is the starting point for many figure classes to come.

It is a great time to gather with friends and other crafting enthusiasts to share ideas, learn new techniques and get focused on your projects. You don't have to be a scrapbooker to enjoy crops; many of our guests work on other projects like card making, altered art, and DIY projects.
