Manga Drawing Ages 9-15 Full Sesion or Drop-in Dates
This class is designed for artist/students who love to draw. Young artists will be inspired to see how simple it can be to draw interesting and imaginative characters in Manga drawing style while also being encouraged to develop their own style of drawing.

Drop-In Students:  Drop-in students must bring at least a pencil, kneaded eraser and sketchbook.
Returning Students: A new workbook TBA and all other supplies. Make sure students have the basics.
New Session Students need to bring: Strathmore Learn to Draw Manga book; mechanical pencil; kneaded erasers; colored pencils, Copic Markers or a watercolor set; and .05 Micron black pen. All supplies are available at Scrapper's Edge. 

Class & Class sessions can be paid for via  (Scrapper's Edge will not be registering students.)

CrafterNoon Cardmaking:  Hearts & Flowers
Today's CrafterNoon class will feature the Penny Black Stamp called "Sweetheart." This stamp is perfect for so many special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, Mother's Day, birthdays and even for thank you cards. You will be able to choose the right sentiment to fit your card and occasion! We will be using our colored pencils and the Neenah Desert Storm cardstock on two of the cards. The third card will feature watercolor paper and Distress inks for a completely different look. Bring any sentiments that you may want to use. The samples use the Avery Elle stamp set "Banner and Wreath" and "Floral Frames" and will be available if you prefer. Along with your Basic Kit, please bring colored pencils, pencil sharpener, white gel pen, dimensional adhesive, heat gun, Mini Mister, Blending Tool, any sentiments you would like to use and a stamp positioning tool (MISTI). The Distress ink pads used in the samples are Peeled Paint and Fired Brick.

National Scrapbook Day Crop
Aloha!  Join us for our annual National Scrapbook Day Celebration! This will be the Crop of all Crops!  Each person will receive a special goody bag. We will have special games & prizes throughout the event. Pizza lunch and Hawaiian dinner will be included.

Crazy about Copics:  Basic Backgrounds
Get even crazier about Copic markers as you learn new techniques for creating backgrounds. Learn to create even more visual interest to your stamped images by creating clouds, adding dots and brushing ink. Along with your Basic Kit and Copic markers, bring Copic blending solutions and a water brush. Supplies to make 3 cards will be included in your Class Kit.

Pixie Stick Club - Mother's Day Card
Honor Mon or another special friend or mentor this Mother's Day with paper flowers and an oh-so-cute card featuring Lawn Fawn stamps. All you need to bring to this all-ages class is your tape runner, scissors and yourself! (Children under 7 need to bring a responsible adult as well).

Spring-Themed Scrapbooking Class
Spring is in the air!  Document your special spring photos using this colorful two-page layout that features Doodlebug papers and tags as well as paper flowers and rhinestones. Learn to mix and match patterned papers for a fun, cohesive look.  Along with your Basic Kit, please bring foam adhesive dots and liquid adhesive or small glue dots.

CrafterNoon Cardmaking - Hats Off!
We will be maing 2 cards that feature celebrations. The first card sample uses the graduation cap but the stamp set has multiple hats to choose from. The technique on this card shows how well colored pencils will work on darker cardstock. Copic markers are also used on this card by you could use only colored pencils if you prefer. The second card uses the sentiment as the focal point of the card and our main technique will be embossing with silver embossing powder and loose watercoloring a diecut butterfly. On this card you will be choosing from an assortment of Lawn Fawn pattern paper. A third card will feature our monthly "One Christmas card a month" plan. Be sure to check the Class Board for more details and a complete list of supplies used in the samples. In addition to your Basic Kit, please bring a heat gun, dimensional adhesive, coloring supplies (pencils or Copics); black Micron pen, water brush, Distress ink pad (Black Soot or Hickory Smoke). If you have one, also bring a black watercolor pencils.

Stash Builder Book
Create an 8.5"x11" book bound with a Cinch coil. You will need to bring 20 to 25 pieces of paper 8.5"x11" or 12"x12" from you stash. We will cut them down to 8.5"x11" if needed. We will add a couple of pockets and envelopes made from our papers and create front and back covers. Then, we'll stamp and/or spray some pages before we assemble our books. This book can be used as a photo album, diary, scrapbook, travel journal, art journal or whatever you wish. You can continue to embellish if you desire! Along with your Basic Kit, please bring papers and any decorative stamps and inks you'd like to use. If you have one, also bring the Envelope Punch Board.

Cardmaking Stash Builder:  Noteworthy!
Join us to make 6 cards featuring Richard Garay's "Noteworthy" papers, stamps & dies. These sharp black, white and gold papers will be accented with teal paper, washi tape and stamping to create cards just as fun to make as they will be to send! These cards will be perfect to keep in touch and let people know you care!  Along with your Basic Kit, please bring foam adhesive dots. Also, if you have them, bring black and aquamarine Ranger Archival ink pads.

  • Reservations and PAYMENT for classes must be made at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise noted (so the instructors have time to prepare!)  Reservations may be cancelled by phone or in person until 48 hours before the class in order to receive a refund.  Class participants must be at least 12 years old, with the exception of designated children's classes.  Due to space limitations, we cannot allow "guests" or "observers" for classes, including pets.   (Service animals are welcome; please let us know if you will need a service animal so we can seat  you in an area that will be comfortable for everyone in attendance.)
  • Class content/prices, etc. subject to change, although not likely.  Confirm content and price when making reservations.  If you're interested in a private class, let us know!  We love conducting private classes and can accommodate your ideas and budget!
  • What is a crop? for those who love to craft, a Crop is a fun event to attend. It is a great time to gather with friends and other craft enthusiasts to share ideas, learn new techniques and get focused on your projects.  You don't have to be a scrapbooker to enjoy Crops; we have many guests who work on other projects like card making, altered art and other DIY projects.  When attending a Crop, you will need to bring supplies that will keep you busy.  Many guests will bring their rolling storage totes filled with paper, scissors, trimmer, adhesive, photos, albums, etc.  We have various stamps, stencils, punches and dies you cal also use.  Plus, you can shop at our store during the event.  At Crops, each person gets a six-foot table to use so there is plenty of room to spread out and get creative!
